These Terms govern access to and use of DynamicDISC. By using the service, your organization agrees to these Terms and all applicable laws.

Use of service

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Protect account credentials and access controls
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or misuse

Customer data

Customer organizations retain ownership of their submitted and generated data, subject to necessary processing to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

DynamicDISC provides coaching and insight support tools. Final employment, leadership, and HR decisions remain with the customer organization.
